Arranging to have a pet sitter is as easy as 1-2-3.

STEP 1 BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE

Call at least three days before your trip
Call us two weeks before major Holidays

STEP 2 INITIAL VISIT

A bonded and insured pet sitter will visit your home before you leave to:

Meet you and your Pets
Get detailed, written information about their care
Discuss any special needs you or your Pets may have
Get the name and number where you can be reached in case of emergency
Pick up a key*

STEP 3 UPON YOUR RETURN

Call us when you return home.
We will return your key and ensure you are completely satisfied.

Key Account

For our clients who use our service frequently, Paws-itively Purr-fect maintains a key account, whereby we maintain possession of your key safely and securely. This allows us to take future reservations over the phone or via email.
